Ingredients
4 biscuits from 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits (12 Count)
2 eggs
2 tbs milk
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
4 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
2 slices ( 3/4 oz each ) American cheese, cut in half
Directions

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag.

 

2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt thoroughly with fork or whisk until well mixed. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat just until butter begins to sizzle. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until set.

 

3. To serve, split warm biscuits; top bottom half of each with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Cover with top halves of biscuits.
